Gardens 2013 - Dr. Lily Lo wins the Richmond Hill Front Garden Recognition Plaque for 2013. The gardens are phenomenal even though the summer was almost non-existent. The cold weather coupled with rain and wind followed by excruciating humidity was indeed stressful on plants. This was a challenge but once again Dr. Lily Lo provides a dazzling array of color with her perennials, annuals, trees and flowering shrubs. The balance of color and texture provide a gorgeous entrance to her lovely home and a tranquil setting in the back garden. Dr. Lily Lo creates gardens with interest and her color combinations are astounding.
